All children pronounce words incorrectly. O is no exception. These are the ones that make me giggle!!
Centerpee = centipede
Fanks = thanks
Hooly hoop = hula hoop
The other day, I took O to work with me. I had some questions about benefits. He knows I'm a nurse. He has been to the hospital as a patient. So when we pulled up he said: But, Mommy, I'm not sick! I explained that we were at my work place.
"This is where I work, too."
"Oh yeah? What is your job?"
"Ummmmm"
"At the hospital, there are a lot of people and a lot of different jobs. Are you a nurse? Doctor? Technician?"
"I a nurse. I work here, like you mommy!"
My heart melted a little!
